Covid-19 Latest Update
Latest update from Exact CEO Gary Butcher:
Following Government advice, Exact has now temporarily closed both offices. All staff are now working from home and all have access to Exact's support and development systems via secure VPN.
All contact details remain the same and we continue to offer full support to all our customers. Development services continue too, though all Live support issues will take priority over development should the need arise.
As we offer a 100% digital service we can operate remotely with few issues. Our technology and our culture are aligned to secure cloud operations, which has enormous benefits of reliability, security and especially in these difficult times, availability.
All of our customers are now able to access their Libris systems while working from home and thankfully it seems to be business as usual for all. Please do not hesitate to contact us though, if you are having any difficulties connecting to your Libris system.
I want to personally assure all our customers, large and small, that despite these unprecedented restrictions on the fabric of our working and personal lives, we continue to offer a near-normal support and development service whilst retaining the Ultrasecure commitment to protecting client data, despite staff working remotely.
The situation will be monitored closely going forward and as the situation develops, we will provide continued updates.
Thank you all for your understanding.
